By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. About YOUBATOLO

YOUBATOLO is a digital platform designed to facilitate local commerce, delivery services, and interactions between merchants, delivery partners, and customers.

Our ecosystem includes:

YOUBATOLO User, designed for customers to browse products, place orders, and manage their accounts.
YOUBATOLO Vendor, designed for merchants and business partners to manage their stores and business activities.
YOUBATOLO Delivery, designed for delivery partners to receive and complete delivery assignments.

YOUBATOLO primarily acts as a technology platform connecting users within its ecosystem.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law to use our Services.

By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

4. User Accounts

Each user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

You agree to:

Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify YOUBATOLO immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Treat merchants, delivery partners, and other users respectfully.
Refrain from any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive use of the Services.

Returns and refunds are handled according to the applicable return policy and the merchant's terms.

6. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants using YOUBATOLO Vendor agree to:

Offer only products and services that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate product catalogs and inventory.
Display truthful pricing.
Fulfill orders within the announced timeframes.
Provide professional customer service.
Comply with all tax, commercial, and legal obligations applicable to their business.

Merchants remain solely responsible for the products, services, descriptions, warranties, and content they publish.

7. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Users of YOUBATOLO Delivery agree to:

Perform deliveries professionally.
Follow delivery procedures and assigned routes.
Accurately update delivery statuses.
Protect the goods during transportation.
Treat customers and merchants with courtesy and professionalism.

Delivery partners remain responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to their activities.

8. Artificial Intelligence Features

Some features of YOUBATOLO Vendor use Artificial Intelligence technologies to assist merchants in managing and improving their businesses.

These features may provide:

Business insights
Sales analysis
Inventory recommendations
Demand forecasting
Operational suggestions

AI-generated recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.

Business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.

YOUBATOLO does not guarantee any specific business outcome resulting from the use of AI recommendations.

9. Affiliate Program

YOUBATOLO may offer an Affiliate Program that allows eligible users to promote the platform and earn commissions in accordance with the program rules.

Participants agree to:

Promote YOUBATOLO honestly and ethically.
Avoid fraudulent or misleading practices.
Refrain from sending unsolicited messages (spam).
Comply with all Affiliate Program requirements.

YOUBATOLO reserves the right to suspend or cancel commissions obtained through fraudulent or abusive activities.

10. Payments

Payments made through the platform must be completed using the payment methods supported by YOUBATOLO.

Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed in accordance with the applicable refund policy and merchant agreements.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Services, including but not limited to:

YOUBATOLO name
Logos
Trademarks
Software
User interfaces
Text
Graphics
Databases

are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or exploited without prior written authorization.

Merchants retain ownership of the content they upload while granting YOUBATOLO a non-exclusive license to display and use such content for operating the platform.

12. Privacy

The collection, processing, and protection of personal information are governed by the YOUBATOLO Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

13. Service Availability

YOUBATOLO makes reasonable efforts to keep its Services available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, network failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YOUBATOLO shall not be liable for:

Temporary service interruptions;

Disputes arising between customers, merchants, and delivery partners.

Each user remains solely responsible for their own use of the Services.

You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time.

YOUBATOLO may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if:

Fraudulent activity is detected;
The Services are abused;
These Terms are violated;
Applicable laws or regulations are not respected.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before the termination date.
